Attention Incoming 7th Grade Families
All incoming 7th grade students must provide proof of the required Tdap and Meningococcal (MCV4) immunizations before they can receive their class schedule.
CMS Schedule Pickup / Meet the Teacher

5:30–6:30 p.m.
State regulations mandate that students provide proof of the required immunizations or a valid exemption for school enrollment. Students who do not provide proof of the required immunizations or a valid exemption will not receive their class schedule at Schedule Pickup/Meet the Teacher.
Immunization records may be dropped off at the CMS Front Office Monday through Thursday, 8:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m.
Students may receive the required immunizations through:
- Carevide – Open year-round on Mondays and Thursdays, 8:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m. (closed 12:00–1:00 p.m. for lunch). Call 903-259-3602 to schedule an appointment.
- Their primary care physician
- The Hunt County Health Department
Please submit your student's updated immunization record before Schedule Pickup to ensure they can receive their class schedule without delay.
